You don't have the en...Your blog spoke for itself. You don't have the energy to cook well for yourself. You go to the gym 6 times per week. When you go to the gym, that's about 1 1/2 hours of driving, plus whatever time and energy you spend while you are there. Also, taking care of the dogs takes up a lot of energy. I suggest you cut out a gym day and make it a prep day instead. Do your marketing (the heck with the fancy, schmancy farmers market) and prep work. Going to the gym is going to help burn off what? 200-300 calories? Eating right because you've focused your energy one day per week to do the prep you used to do will probably easily help you save that many calories every day. Make sense? If you are worried about missing the exercise, take your cart and walk to Vons or Gelsons.
